We offer three different cabin packages so that even the nosiest neighbor can’t complain about how your building looks. Whether it’s a man-cave, a she-shed or just a place for your kids to go when you need a bit of quiet in the house, we can make it. We have the options of barns or A-frame roof types, custom electrical packages, built in interior walls, and we’ll design your layout right in front of you so that you can be sure you’re getting exactly what you need.

GARAGES use standard 4' x 6' runners, notched into 2' x 4', or upgraded 2' x 6' floor studs. We have the option of 16” or 12” on center studs, and a standard 3/4” LP surface with a built-in scuff guard. All of these options combine to create the strongest flooring system in the portable building industry. We also have the option of up to 9' x 7' roll up or sectional garage doors, as well as 15 or 30 amp pre-installed electrical. This means that we can build your dream garage, whether it’s just for keeping your lawn mower out of the rain or even doing your own at home service on your car

The Estate building series includes vertical 3/8" LP® SmartSide® siding. The Estate comes standard with 16" on center 2x4 wall studs, 3/4" LP® ProStruct® flooring, and 4x6 notched runners. A variety of porch, garage, and dormer packages are available for this series.

LP® materials have a standard 50 year material warranty. Painted metal roofs have a standard 40 year warranty.
